Hummingbirds often drink the nectar from my flowers, so I didn't think very much of it. But then I looked down between the leaves and saw a tiny bouquet of flowers in a jar. I was tickled pink! Who could have made such a miniscule thing? I brought the tiny bouquet into my house and took a picture. After that, I began to look at the world around me with more magical eyes. I found little dresses, signs of merriment, even a sword! I would take pictures, then return the wee folks' things back to my garden. Then one day a little journal appeared inside one of my flowers. To my delight, a fairy had given me her story to read. And tucked inside were even some images of places she'd been! I gathered all my images and matched them to the parts of the story that fit. Over time I compiled this, The Fairy Journals. It chronicles the adventures of one very silly, daring, and adorable fairy.
