A qualitative approach case study was used to conduct the proposed study. Data were collected through an interview with a local distributor and a questionnaire sent to global suppliers to investigate the strengths and weaknesses which may exist in international business relationships. The proposed study results found out that suppliers should provide distributors with international approved quality product support, standard packaging, special pricing policy, payment facility, precise delivery performance, training and information support, malfunction replacement, and personal interaction.
