Probably, as in other places, they had by that time become so numerous that it was necessary to provide a special room to contain them. I will next print the account for completing this, and for repairing the books to be placed in it, with my translation; and I will then make a few observations on it. These will be extremely brief, as the account virtually explains itself. In order to save space, and avoid needless repetition, I have summarized the account for wages after the first two weeks.
