Finley, Appellees; Transcript of Record The mining claims in question contain large bodies of valuable ores, chie y lead and zinc bearing, and at the time of the execution of the conveyances and the making of the agreement contained in Ex bibit A such claims, if properly equipped and developed, would have yielded a large profit by the production of valuable ores. Thereafter the price of spelter, zinc and lead advanced greatly because of the European War, and while there have been var ious uctuations in the price of spelter, lead and zinc ores during all the time since the execution of the conveyances and the making of the agreement, the mines would have yielded a large profit if they had been developed, equipped and operated as pro vided in Exhibit A.
