Our potato cr0p takes the lead, and with a short crop in other parts of the country, the farmers received a good price for their potatoes. Nearly bushels of potatoes were grown in this State the past year, including those con sumed in the State. The average price was over per bushel, thus giving over for the potato crop alone.
