I hope that these pleadings may not only be found useful within the walls where they were first read by the distinguished ex-pleaders whose names they bear, but that they may find further favour in all the Law Courts of South Africa (in some of which I know such forms are much desired), and thus ultimately conduce to uniformity of Colonial Legal Procedure.
